En cuanto vi en el subject "Be prosperous!" y el encabezamiento "Hello!" pensé que venía de China, lo que viene confirmado por la página web que dan. Aunque el inglés es "muy inglés", quedan restos bastante claros de su forma de estructurar el lenguaje (no sé si es correcto llamarla "sintaxis") en frases como

que jamás escribiría un europeo. O, por ejemplo, el uso de palabras afines que no son las que nosotros usaríamos, como
You ARE NOT OBLIGED TO HAVE ANY HIGHER OR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION.
en lugar de "You are not required" (hay que admitir que "obliged" denota mucho más tacto que "required"). Aparte está esa combinación de lo personal/coloquial,
